Calculator inputs and sharing
Calculations run locally in your browser. Ordinary calculation does not submit your inputs to a calculation server. Currency preferences and saved scenarios use browser storage; changing languages can temporarily store inputs in session storage. Copy link encodes numerical inputs and settings in the URL. Opening that link sends the URL to our hosting service and may put these values in access logs, browser history or a recipient’s records. Do not share confidential farm data.
Contact and newsletter
If you email contact@poultrytoolspro.com, we receive your email address and the information you provide, to answer your request. The newsletter form is currently disabled. If enabled later, we will identify the newsletter provider and update this notice before collecting sign-ups.
Hosting, email and external services
The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. Contact correspondence is handled through our Google Workspace email service. External article images and links can contact their original providers; their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Analytics, cookies and local storage
No analytics or advertising tracking script is configured in the current site source. Hosting or security providers may use operational cookies. Browser storage saves preferences and scenarios, and a service worker caches pages for offline use. You can remove these through your browser’s site-data settings; doing so deletes locally saved scenarios.
Retention and requests
Browser records remain until you clear site data or remove saved scenarios. We use contact correspondence only as needed to respond, manage follow-up and meet applicable obligations. Specific mailbox and provider-log retention periods still require operator confirmation; this draft does not promise a fixed period. Request access, correction or deletion by emailing contact@poultrytoolspro.com. We may need to verify the request; local browser records must be cleared on your device.
